The boil water notice issued on Februay 17th for North side of E Hwy 199 (Eastwood Rd East to Harms Rd) Eastwood Rd, Woodlawn Ct, Smith Ct, Smallwood Ct, N Eastwood Ct, S Eastwood Ct has been rescinded.

On 2/9/26the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality required the Walnut Creek SUD water system, <PWS ID TX 1840008 to issue a Boil Water Notice to inform customers, individuals, or employees that due to conditions which occurred recently in the public water system, in the areas of Agnes Circle and Eagles Way was required to be boiled prior to use for drinking water or human consumption purposes.
The public water system has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore the quality of the water distributed by this public water system used for drinking water or human consumption purposes and has provided TCEQ with laboratory test results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling prior to use as of 2/18/26

Crews are currently working on a 6 inch water main break on Ladybird ln. The Knob Hill Rd from Ladybird to FM 730 is effected by this occurance. This includes Briar Oaks Addition, Frontier Ct, Willow Ct, Lynock area, N Cardinal, and Knob Hill Rd (from Ladybird Ln to FM 730). Once the repairs are completed a boil water has been issued for the aforementioned areas.

Wednesday, February 18th contractors installing the new water main on FM51 south of Springtown will be performing a tie-in at the intersection of Sandlin Ln and FM 51. This will take approximately 6 hours to complete and there will be a boil water notice for the meters located on Sandlin Ln from FM 51 to Young Rd following the completion.
