Field personsell are isolating the eight (8) inch water main on E Highway 199 in front of Legacy Church. Once this section of line is isolated pressure should return to normal for the surrounding areas.
The area that will be effected due to this leak is E Highway 199 between Monticello Dr and Jaybird Ln. After repairs are made the aforementioned section will be under a Boil Water Notice.

This email is not from Walnut Creek SUD. The district does not send out invitations for dinners. The district's IT consultant is currently accessing the situation for any additional data breach.
UPDATE
The district's IT consultant has immplemented extra security protocals on the district's external/internal firewalls. This phishing attack doesn't just affect Denise's contact list but anyone in her email list could also be affected. This did not access the district's servers or billing software that stores customer's confidental information. The point of origin appears to be in India which is how far the district traced it back to.

Attention Customers!!!
The district appriceates all the efforts made to conserve water. All of the district's storage tanks are in good standing, this means all four (4) pressure planes have been moved back to Stage 2 Water Restrictions in the drought contingency plan.
Stage 2 - Water Warning:
- Limit landscape watering with sprinklers or irrigation systems to once every seven(7) days. Outdoor watering schedule is as follows as per the General Manager.
- Tuesdays- Even numbered addresses: 06:00 - 10:00, 18:00 - 22:00
- Thursdays- Odd numbered addresses: 06:00 - 10::00, 18:00 - 22:00
- Exceptions:
- Foundations may be watered up to two (2) hours on ANY day by hand-held; or using a soakiers or drip irrigation
- Water Restriction DO NOT apply to locations using well water or aerobic systems (treated wastewater effluent for irrigation)
- The exception for New Sod and builders in Drought Contingency Plan has been removed. Everyone must following the same watering schedule.
- All customers are encouraged to wait until the current drought or emergency situation has passed before extablishing new landscaping
- Prohibit the use of water for dust control, except as required to protect public health.
- Prohibit the operation of ornamental fountains or ponds that use potable water except where necessary to support auatic life or where such fountains or ponds are equipped with a recirculation system.
- Prohibit filling of swimming pools with automatic valves.
