Attention Customers!!!
The district appriceates all the efforts made to conserve water. All of the district's storage tanks are in good standing, this means all four (4) pressure planes have been moved back to Stage 2 Water Restrictions in the drought contingency plan.
Stage 2 - Water Warning:
- Limit landscape watering with sprinklers or irrigation systems to once every seven(7) days. Outdoor watering schedule is as follows as per the General Manager.
- Tuesdays- Even numbered addresses: 06:00 - 10:00, 18:00 - 22:00
- Thursdays- Odd numbered addresses: 06:00 - 10::00, 18:00 - 22:00
- Exceptions:
- Foundations may be watered up to two (2) hours on ANY day by hand-held; or using a soakiers or drip irrigation
- Water Restriction DO NOT apply to locations using well water or aerobic systems (treated wastewater effluent for irrigation)
- The exception for New Sod and builders in Drought Contingency Plan has been removed. Everyone must following the same watering schedule.
- All customers are encouraged to wait until the current drought or emergency situation has passed before extablishing new landscaping
- Prohibit the use of water for dust control, except as required to protect public health.
- Prohibit the operation of ornamental fountains or ponds that use potable water except where necessary to support auatic life or where such fountains or ponds are equipped with a recirculation system.
- Prohibit filling of swimming pools with automatic valves.
