New Service Request

Welcome to Walnut Creek Special Utility District! If you are a new resident and would like to establish water service, below you will find several ways for you to apply.

  1. You can come by our office to fill out our Service Application.
  2. You can print out our Service Application and fax it to us at 817-523-0359.
  3. You can fill out the Service Application below under online forms and email it to us at newaccounts@walnutcreeksud.org

In addition to a signed Service Application, a copy of your driver's license and rental/lease agreement (if applicable) must be provided.  Work orders will not be generated until all paperwork is completed and payment has been recieved by our office.  If you have any questions please call our office at (817) 220-7707 or (817) 523-4463.

New Customer Fee: $200.00
Deposits:

Residental/Rental - $150.00

Builders - $300.00

Fire Hydrant Meter - $1,700.00

5/8 X 3/4 Tap Fee: $1,885.00

PLEASE!  Do Not Forget to Download the Customer Brochure.  This brochure has important information regarding District and State Regulations.

Please note! If the location you are requesting service for has never had our service.  You will need to contact the District's office to receive important information and fees pertaining to installing a new service connection.
