Recorded Phone Call

Walnut Creek SUD has recieved Phone calls regarding a Facebook post containing a recorded phone call as proof of " theft, and backroom deals" currently happening at Walnut Creek SUD. As the General manager I do not know when said phone call was recorded. However the phone recording has to be over two years old and is probably closer to two and a half years old. The person in the recording has not been employed with Walnut Creek SUD in over two years and has never worked under the current management.
Currently all persons and/or contractors are required to have a meter when receiving water from any WCSUD fire hydrant or at a home. If a possible water theft is reported ,it is immediatly investigated. If persons and/or contractors are found to be stealing water the sherrifs dept. is called and charges are filed. I hope this helps to clear up any questions anyone may have about said recorded phone call.
